Strength & Density Training. This class will include time under tension strength training using different modalities, such as TRX, kettlebell, and weights. Strength & Density training is all about putting in more work for shorter bursts of time. This gives you a dense workout with high volume in the least duration possible. We help you to modify if needed, as well and progress over time. You continue to gain strength over time.
