At Annapolis Fitness, we define fitness as being able to be active in a way that supports your lifestyle and goals.
The Annapolis Fitness & Performance team is dedicated to helping people achieve the highest level performing version of themselves. From being able to move better and keep up with their families or wanting to maximize their strength and ability in athletics, our top priority as coaches is helping people achieve their highest quality of life. We meet each individual where they are and create a unique program to reach them. It is our belief there is no “one size fits all” in health and fitness, and our approach is to adapt and optimize training, and breed lifestyle changes for clients that continue for life.
Our team training is carefully designed to help clients move better, train smarter, stay pain free and perform better in overall life.
We are committed to creating an environment that’s supportive, accepting, and motivational. It’s our mission to make impact on each individual we coach and inspire them to be better. As a team our behavior and guidance takes our clients to the next level in all areas of life physically and emotionally. We treat each member of the AF tribe with compassion, love, and respect.

We commit and surround ourselves with other like minded people and coaches, this allows us to remain empowered, supported, and confident as leaders. Not only is this important for training, it is also important in life outside of the gym. We say we “walk it like we talk it,” within our four walls, but that doesn’t stay within them. Training at AF translates into all areas of life.
