What is Virtual?

You’ve probably heard the hype... Annapolis Fitness is launching Les Mills virtual classes this month, starting February 10th. The screen for virtual is truly an experience you don’t want to miss.

Virtual classes will give members the freedom to attend classes all throughout the day. Since our class availability is tripling, there is no longer an excuse to miss a work out. Even squeezing in a 30 minute express work out during your lunch hour will now be an option we are so excited to provide!

How it works:

Like our classes with our live trainers, virtual classes are on the schedule and open for reservations on our website. You will see on the schedule classes running all throughout the entire day.  Pick your time, & reserve your spot!

All members will have individual unique & secure access to let themselves in and out of the building during virtual class hours. Upon arrival to class, the work out will start automatically on the big screen after a brief count down.

The virtual classes that will be offered are:

RPM

BODY COMBAT

BODY PUMP

SH’BAM

BODY FLOW

These classes are hosted by world leading Les Mills trainers with pumping sound and motivation that will keep you wanting to come back for more!

We are truly thrilled to provide virtual fitness to our members at no extra cost. This addition will accommodate every schedule, and lifestyle, making fitness more convenient for your daily life.
